In the Bronze and Iron ages, a terracotta amphora, called PITHARI, was used by ancient Greeks and Romans to store oil, olives, wine, grains and other commodities that are still used and loved today.

PITHARI represents preservation; not only of food and ingredients, but the culture itself. The essence of history and the culinary origins of Mediterranean cuisine have survived through the centuries. We are here to reconnect people around the same table.

At PITHARI we bring a dining experience like no other; you will be introduced to a re-imagined Mediterranean cuisine, combined with a modern, but cultural and authentic atmosphere. PITHARI is a place to gather with family and friends to experience a welcoming staff and impeccable service. Our purpose is to introduce customers to a mixture of old-world spices, high quality fresh ingredients and a modern twist of a centuries old cuisine with unique flavors and aromas.
